Visualizing Culture

Hugh MacLeod has a drawing of culture on his site today. It looks about right to me. Culture isn’t something that is structured or static with nice neat little packaged boundaries to it. Instead it’s somewhat messy and chaotic with borders that are flexible. In other words, it’s not perfect. It’s real.
